I'm making a lazy call this week. Please forgive me, but we are doing FREESTYLE this week.

I guess there was a lot more than the journaling that I wanted to finish on this one.... it just didn't look quite right to me. However, Jon said he likes the old one better cuz it's simpler! Hmmmm? Maybe he's right???

My "fix-it"

Some things that bugged me about this layout: Page 1 - The polka dot paper and the journaling were really competing... Too much for my eyes to handle. Another small detail, I wrote in Dec 2009, instead of 2008. Page 2 - I didn't have the font that I used on page 1, so there was NO continuity and that bothered me.
After:
I don't exactly LOVE it, but I think it's better than the first.
I was able to get it all onto 1 page, used the same kit, but this time got the right date in.

"Fix it" Challenge

I'm generally against the idea of re-doing stuff... I believe in the motto: "Done is good," even if it's not your BEST layout of the century.

Well, sometimes rules have to be broken, and in this case, I am challenging us to "Fix" a layout that we've done - it can be a minor fix (typo, arrange the pictures differently) or a major fix (starting from scratch). I personally have a few that have been haunting me, so I think I know exactly which LO I'll be fixing!
