Here's the challenge for this week...
1 clipping mask
2 or more photos
1 new font (your choice)
Combine all ingredients in 1 page, theme of your choice.
In case you need the instructions for clipping masks again, here they are. Or google "clipping mask PSE" and find video tutorials...
to put an image inside your text really quickly (and I mean really quickly!), first duplicate the image layer (drag it into the New Layer icon on the Layers palette).Turn OFF the eyeball beside the background layer to hide the original image layer from view.Next, create your text layer - (big fat fonts work best to allow enough image to show through)Move the text layer in the Layers palette so it's between the two image layers (it's the cheese in the image sandwich!)Click the top image layer in the Layers palette to make it the active layer, and press + on your keyboard - presto! Now you can choose the text layer and add some styles to it if you want: a drop shadow, a stroke, a bevel, etc. You can also drag the text layer around with the arrow (move) tool for a good fit.(You could also choose the top image layer in the layers palette and use the arrow tool to move it around a bit so the focus of the image shows through the letters, if your text is right where you want it to be)
